Aims and Objects;

The association shall endeavour to:


a). Forge a bond of unity, fraternity and solidarity among the members of the association and work for their welfare.
b). To make all the private ITI’s strengthen.
c). Impart the highest quality of education possible to the trainees committed to their care.
d). Make all efforts for the all round development of the trainees studying at their respective ITI’s under them.
e). Have a voice in the formulation of the policies at the industrial training in the pattern of NCVT and act as bridge between the private managements and the Government / the DIRECTORATE OF EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING and DGE & T, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.
f). Play a complementary role to the Government and the DIRECTORATE OF EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING as well, in their efforts in diffusing education all.
g). Extend meaningful co-operation to other organization with similar views and objectives

Over the years the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Industrial Training Centres (ITCs) have occupied important positions in the technical world by offering many ITI courses. The ITIs and ITCs however opens a wide range of opportunities for the technical aspirants by imparting trainings in various technical fields through many full time, part time and vocational ITI Programme. The Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGET), Ministry of Labour and Employment (MLE), India, acts as the sole governing authority for the smooth execution of these training institutions.
The ITIs and the ITCs have crafted various courses for its students. By providing the fundamental as well as the comprehensive knowledge of these ITI courses these institutes seeks to sharpen the skills of its students in order to meet with the unceasing needs of the industries. The course duration ranges from one year to three years depending on the selection of trades. The minimum eligibility criteria to get admitted into the ITI courses are also vary from class 8th pass to class 12 pass depending upon the trade. The students have to undergone through an All India Trade Test (AITT) examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), India, after completion of the required period of technical training in their chosen ITI trades. The students will also be awarded with National Trade Certificate (NTC), after clearing the All India Trade Test (AITT) entrance. The successful completion of the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) programmes wide spreads the employability opportunities of the students in numerous public as well as private sector organizations. It also enables them to stand their business at their own accord
