All the DCPs are requested to collect data related to Instructor in each ITI (i.e. Govt./ Private) under your jurisdiction as per the attached file.

-- 1. Please refer to the
National Workshop held on 26th September at DGE&T Hqr. on
ITI-MIS Portal.
2. During the workshop,
States proposed to revise the ITI Trainee Data
Sheet by combining a few Tabs. It is informed
that the above excel sheet have been revised and attached.
The information related to NCVT Trades admission done in August
2014 Session is to be filled in for Govt. as well as Pvt.
trainees.
3. However, there is no
change in the Bulk Data Template related to Instructor
Data which has already been circulated earlier.
However, it once again attached.
4. Both the
Excel Sheets i.e. Bulk Data Template of (a) ITI Trainee Details (b)
Instructor Data are being attached
afresh.
You are therefore,
requested to kindly fill in the information and forward
to pmu.dget@nic.in

Fwd: Request to verify affiliation details -reg
All
the RDDs are requested to update affiliation
details.
As
you are aware that DGE&T has developed ITI-MIS portal under
which all the ITIs of the country will be linked on a National Data
center.
The
Portal will capture details of all the ITIs, Trades/Units, Trainees
and Instructor in the country. The portal will be used to generate
hall-ticket, conduct of examination, issuance of certificate, etc.
The details of the trainees (to be filled will be allowed only for
the NCVT affiliated trade/units of ITIs (Govt. & Pvt.).
In
this regard, the status of affiliated ITIs as available with DGET
is being forwarded for its verification (Excel file attached). You
are requested to verify the contents, fill-in the missing fields
under your jurisdiction, if any. Any trade/units of an ITI not
updated in attach excel sheet, the details may be entered in the
excel sheet (to be highlighted in red color).Kindly also attach copy of
affiliation orders in support thereof and forward the verified
excel sheet to this directorate by 06th Oct 2014 at e-mail:

mentioned the "Name of the State/UT- ITI DATA" in the
